Yes. Your subscription renews at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing menu by clicking the "delete" icon in Active Subscriptions. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period. Once it ends, your account automatically switches back to the free plan with no further charges. All templates and emails you’ve created remain saved in your workspace.

Our support team is online Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to midnight (UTC+3).

The free plan has no time limit. You can use it as long as it fits your needs.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. For yearly subscriptions, bank transfer is also available.

Yes. You can add and manage users from your account. The Basic plan includes +2 users, Professional +9, and Enterprise +99. You can also add up to 100 extra users for $4 per person per month. Each user must have a MailUi account.

No. You can export as many emails as you like without restrictions.
